Introduction

Masco Sweepers, Incorporated manufacturers quality parking lot and street sweeping equipment engineered to give great performance and low maintenance. This manual is as much a part of the equipment as the equipment itself, because it explains how to keep service and repair costs their lowest and the sweeper's efficiency its highest.

Contents
The information presented includes general operating instructions, routine preventative maintenance requirements, as well as detailed information on unit maintenance, and repairs.

Maintenance
The importance of proper operation and routine preventative maintenance cannot be overemphasized. Using the equipment correctly and performing regular maintenance procedures will save you money and valuable time.

Warranty
Read this manual and the auxiliary engine manual included with your sweeper. Read the warranty or the extended warranty procedures and fill out the necessary forms to validate your warranty. Pay special attention to send the warranty card you received with your sweeper to the manufacturer of your auxiliary engine.

Note: Warranty is often a misunderstood word. If a part failure should happen, warranty means that the part will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer for defective parts only. Warranty does cover parts that have worn out or broke due to dirt, dust, rust or operator error.

Application
These instructions apply to all standard sweeper models. Mr. Air Sweepers units are used to maintain grounds (paved and turf surfaces) of shopping centers, universities, industrial complexes and plants, school districts, amusement parks, mobile home parks, sport complexes, city alley and small streets, park and recreation departments, and other private and public institutions.

All power air sweepers are designed for maintenance sweeping tasks. They are not intended as dirt removers in construction applications. Large rotary type brush sweepers are the best solution for construction like conditions. This type of sweeper is available from Masco Sweepers. For more information contact our Sales Manager.
